Look at size, not just file count
Thousands of small documents may use less storage than a few long videos. Measure the total size of the folders you want to keep before choosing a plan. Distinguish temporary files, necessary copies and smaller versions made for sharing. Do not delete indiscriminately; confirm an independent copy exists first. Consider not only current usage but what you expect to add soon.
Match duration to your purpose
A short trial and ongoing document or photo storage are different needs. Consider the free offer’s duration separately from the start and end of a paid period. Compare monthly and annual totals in the live catalog. This guide avoids fixed price examples so that an outdated paragraph does not mislead you after prices change. Check that the plan and period in your application match the amount you intend to pay.
Transfer methods matter too
Occasional browser uploads, regular Windows sync and collecting many files through FileDrop need different routines. File type, size and connection limits apply alongside quota. A large storage plan does not mean unlimited traffic or acceptance of any size in a single request. Start by trying your own workflow with a small file, then select appropriate space.
Review payment and activation
Check the order reference when applying. Follow private bank instructions and report the payment. That report alone does not open storage: bank review and administrator approval are required. Afterwards, confirm the correct quota and dates in the panel. A larger plan does not necessarily add its full size to the old quota; check the selected total. If missing business or invoicing information affects your decision, ask before paying. Choosing a plan whose conditions and size fit your needs is more useful than simply selecting the largest option without understanding how you will use it.
