What FileUSB actually offers today
- File storage — upload, download, folders and search from your browser.
- Share links — share a file with a link instead of an attachment.
- Password protection — require a password on a share link.
- Expiring links — set an end date for a share link.
- FileDrop — collect files from people who do not have an account.
- Recycle bin — restore a file you deleted by mistake.
- File Doctor — helper tools to prepare files before sharing: compress PDFs, merge PDFs, extract text, compress and convert images, clear EXIF data.
Access and control
- Files are reachable only through your own account.

FileUSB currently runs as a controlled beta.
We provide online storage and file sharing. We do not claim to provide an independent backup or disaster recovery service, and we do not offer a service level guarantee. Please keep a separate copy of critical files.
A desktop sync application is not distributed yet. The panel can create an app password for devices.
Multi-user team or organisation accounts are not offered as a separate Business feature yet.

What is FileUSB Business?
It is FileUSB offered to companies for business use. Technically it uses the same infrastructure as an individual account; what differs is the capacity and that the sales process runs through us.
Which businesses can use it?
Any team that keeps and shares files: agencies, photo and video teams, software and IT teams, small and medium businesses, and freelance professionals.
Which capacity options are there?
The current plans go up to 1 TB. 100 GB, 500 GB and 1 TB are the most common choices for business use.
Can I get more capacity?
Please contact us. Capacity above the current plans depends on infrastructure availability and is confirmed during the application; it is not offered as a ready-made plan.
Is there a team account?
A multi-user team or organisation account is not offered as a separate Business feature yet. Business conversations currently proceed over capacity and usage needs.
How are files shared?
You create a share link for a file from the panel. You can give the link a password and an expiry date, and you can revoke it later.
Can we use FileDrop?
Yes. FileDrop lets people send files to you without an account.
Do you provide a backup service?
No. FileUSB is online storage and file sharing. We do not provide an independent backup or disaster recovery service. Deleted files can be restored from the recycle bin, but this is not a backup service. Please keep a separate copy of critical files.
How does a pilot start?
It is not automatic. You send us your request, we review the use case and capacity, and we get back to you.
How is payment made?
Payment is made by bank transfer. After you place your order the bank details are sent by e-mail, and the plan is activated by us once the payment is confirmed. There is no card payment at the moment.
